HBOS
HBOS is the only FTSE top 10 company with the stated aim of growing union membership among employees. The company has just signed a partnership agreement with the Unite and Accord unions. The agreement will provide for local workplace cooperation between employee and employer. This way issues can be resolved at local level rather than top down. Congress TV caught up with HBOS and the unions to find out how the partnership is working so far and how far they plan to take it in future.Login
