Basic Skills Cymru and Welsh Assembly Government

The Employer Pledge is a unique initiative tried, tested and delivered in Wales. Over 350 employers - large and small, private and public sector, have now signed the Pledge. This means making a commitment to providing basic skills support in the workplace. The Employer Pledge initiative is part of the Welsh Assembly Government's all-age basic skills strategy, called "Words Talk-Numbers Count" - and it is making a difference!
