Work Your Proper Hours Day

Report looking at the long hours culture

The TUC is launching Work Your Proper Hours Day on 22nd February. Employers and employees are encouraged to make sure that all staff work their contracted hours and take a full break. It is the day when, if all unpaid overtime was worked at the beginning of the year, those workers would first start getting paid.
